The Waist is tucked on the shoulders, with tucks arranged at the center of the back, where the closing is made. The front is shaped in a V, revealing a lace chemisette topped by a high stock. Buttons ornament the plastron front, and turn-back cuffs give a neat finish to the elbow sleeves; the belt is removable. Long sleeves may be had if desired, without extra charge.

The Skirt has thirteen gores, in side-plaited effect, stitched to a little below the hips and falling into deep plaits. Two folds of the material constitute the trimming.
